These terms apply to www.healthythaifoods.com (the “Website”), to anything you buy from us, and to the tools we use to publish our own content on social media (our “Tools”).

By using the Website or our Tools, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. About Us

The Website and our Tools are run by Grab Thai Go, trading as Healthy Thai Foods, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11782782, with its registered office at: Davenport House, 207 Regent St, London, United Kingdom, W1B 3HH(“Healthy Thai Foods”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website to browse, learn about our products and place orders.

You must not:

• Use the Website in a way that breaks any law, or for anything fraudulent or harmful.

• Try to get unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system.

• Copy, scrape or resell content from the Website, except as allowed in Section 6.

• Upload or send viruses or any other harmful code.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.

We try to keep the Website running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

3. Our Social Media Tools

We use our own Tools, including a connection to TikTok through TikTok's official developer platform, to plan, create and publish short videos about Healthy Thai Foods and our products.

• Internal use only: The Tools are for internal use by authorised Healthy Thai Foods staff only. They are not offered to the public, and nobody outside the business can sign in to them.

• Our own accounts: The Tools post only to social media accounts owned by Healthy Thai Foods, and only after an authorised member of staff has connected that account and approved the post.

• Use of platform access: We use the access a platform gives us only to publish and manage our own posts [PLEASE VERIFY: Add the following only if accurate — “and to read the performance of our own content, for example views, likes, comments and shares”]. We do not use it to post on anyone else's behalf or to collect other people's personal data.

• AI-generated content: Some of our videos are made or edited with artificial intelligence (AI) tools. We review every video before it is posted, and we label AI-generated content where the platform asks us to.

• Platform rules: Our use of each platform also follows that platform's own terms and policies, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Disconnecting accounts: We can disconnect any account at any time, and the account owner can remove our access at any time in that platform's settings.

4. Orders, Prices and Delivery

• Stock availability: All orders depend on stock being available. If we can't supply something you ordered, we'll tell you and refund you for it.

• Prices and VAT: Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

• Order confirmation: A contract between you and us is made when we confirm your order by email.

• Trade and wholesale customers: Trade and wholesale customers may also be offered separate terms, which apply to them alongside these Terms & Conditions.

5. Food, Ingredients and Allergens

Our products are imported Thai foods and groceries.

We take care that product information is correct, but packaging and recipes can change.

Always read the label on the product before eating it, especially if you have an allergy or intolerance.

If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

6. Our Content

The Website, our videos and the text, photos, logos and designs in them belong to us or to people who have allowed us to use them.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, for example sharing a link to one of our videos.

You may not copy, change or use our content commercially without our written permission.

7. Things You Send Us

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or ideas, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they don't break any law or anyone else's rights.

You allow us to use them, free of charge, to run and promote Healthy Thai Foods.

We will credit you where it's reasonable to do so, and we will remove your content if you ask us to.

8. Links to Other Websites

The Website and our videos may link to other websites and platforms, such as TikTok, Facebook and payment providers.

We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they use your data.

Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Our Responsibility to You

• If we fail to follow these Terms & Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

• We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breaching your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Business customers: If you are a business customer, we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business or revenue, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when the law or our services change.

The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.

The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

11. Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
