The prices displayed for fresh products are per unit, with options available in 0.5 kg and 1 kg sizes, as shown in the examples below.

For products deemed to be of poor quality, we will consider a refund based on the extent of the damage, which may range from a 10% to 100% discount.
For items with damage to the packaging, a 20% discount will be applied.
How to Claim Fresh Products
To initiate a claim for fresh products, please inform us via email or chat within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution, as we need to provide feedback to our supply chain to improve product quality.
What You Need to Provide for Your Claim:
Photos of the Product: Include images of each unit being claimed, ensuring the label is visible.
Reason for the Claim: Specify the issue, such as damage, rot, expiration date, or missing items.
Quantity of Packs: Indicate the number of packs, for example, 0.5 kg of peeled durian or 2 kg of lemongrass.
Remark :
1.) For bad quality we will respond for refund this depend on how much it damage, for example, 10-100% discount.

3.For fresh products, dried goods, snacks, and desserts, we recommend that customers order one set to try first to see if it meets their expectations. This is because what customers think or anticipate may not align with the actual product, helping to prevent any misunderstandings based on images or assumptions
