salad dressing ingredients: 1. Yogurt 0% cup 2. Olive oil 1 tbsp. 3. Minced garlic 1 tbsp. 4. Black pepper 1 tsp. 5. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 6. Dill 1 tbsp. 7. Basil 1 tbsp.
STEP 1 : Prepare the filling machine. -Take the cooked chicken breasts. Cut into long pieces, fit the bite, not too thick. -Cut the carrots (for filling), cucumbers, apples into long pieces just like chicken breasts, so they're the same size so they don't clump together when wrapped.
STEP 2 : Carrot Slices for Wrapping + Salad Roll Wraps -Peel the carrots, cut them in half, and make sure the length is not too short. -When finished, take the slice. Or a fruit paring knife can be used to slice it using a little pressure. Carrots will not lack.
Tip : - The carrots used for wrapping should be a little longer. When the filling is wrapped, it will not fall off easily. If it's too short, it won't fit. - Take the sliced carrots and place them on a plate or cutting board. Add the salad of your choice, followed by boiled chicken breast, carrot, cucumber, apple and roll it up.
